FAQ — Read Before You Panic

We get it. You’ve copped something from VOIDWEAR and now you’re refreshing your inbox like it’s a stock market chart. Don’t stress — we’ve got you.

Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. If your inbox looks empty, check Spam or Promotions — sometimes our emails like to hide there.

How do I track my order?

Easy. Just plug your tracking number into our tracker here:

When will you ship my order?

We don’t rush greatness. Processing takes 3–5 business days, depending on the product design (many of our pieces are made-to-order for best quality). Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info immediately.

My order status says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it.

First: take a deep breath. Check your front door, mailbox, neighbors, and anyone else who might be flexing your package before you panic.
If it’s truly missing, email us at support@voidweartm.com  and we’ll sort it.

My order is taking forever. Where is it?

If it’s been 60 days (we know, brutal), reach out to us. We’ll resend your item or give you a full refund — your choice.

Something’s wrong with my order.

No worries. Just email support@voidweartm.com  with your issue. (Please don’t DM us on Instagram or Facebook — those inboxes are ghost towns when it comes to customer support.)

My order arrived but items are missing.

Two possibilities:

  1. Your order was split into multiple packages (check if you’ve got more than one tracking number).
  2. An item was temporarily out of stock.

If neither applies, email us and we’ll fix it.

My order arrived damaged.

Ouch. Send us clear photos at support@voidweartm.com  and we’ll get you taken care of.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to over 80 countries. VOIDWEAR is global.

How long will shipping take?

Depends where you live. Check our [Shipping Information] page for details.

Will I need to pay duties/taxes?

Maybe. Each country has its own import rules. If customs hits you with extra fees, that’s out of our control.


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item?

Use our Return/Exchange Portal within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Shoes must be unused and returned in their original box.
  • Include a note with your order number, contact info, item(s) returned, and reason.

⚠️ Important: We don’t cover return shipping costs. And please don’t send items back to the manufacturer — they’ll just get confused.


What’s your return policy?

  • 30 days from delivery.
  • Damaged/defective/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.
  • Returns are refunded as store credit (VOIDWEAR E-Gift Card).
  • Lost/stolen return packages are not our responsibility — keep your receipt + tracking proof.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days once your return arrives.

How long for a refund?

  • Store credit = processed instantly after approval.
  • Refund to original payment method (in rare cases like failed/missing orders) = 3–5 business days.
