Read this before you send anything back. It matters.

🕛 You’ve got 30 days

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. After that, we can’t accept it — no exceptions.

💳 How refunds work

• All approved returns are refunded as VOIDWEAR E-Gift Cards (store credit only).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• No prepaid return labels — return shipping is on you.
  

📦 What you can return

To be eligible, returned items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Include all tags, laces, packaging, etc.
• Be shipped with a note including your order number, contact info, and reason for return
  

📍 If your item doesn’t meet these conditions, it may not be approved.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t process exchanges by mail.
👉 Instead: Return the item → get store credit → re-order your new size or style.

❗ Damaged or incorrect order?

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it fast.

🚚 Refused or undeliverable packages

If your package is returned to us (wrong address, refused at delivery, etc.):

• It’ll be restocked
  
• You’ll be issued store credit (minus the shipping cost)
  

Double-check your shipping address before checking out — it’s your responsibility.

⛔ Our right to refuse

We reserve the right to reject returns if we detect:

• Excessive or suspicious return patterns
  
• Worn, altered, or damaged items returned
  
• Fraudulent activity
  

Returns of non-VOIDWEAR items will be discarded.

🔁 Processing time

Returns are handled within 5–7 business days of arrival. You’ll get an email once your return is processed and your e-gift card is issued.

📮 Shipping your return

• Return shipping is not covered by VOIDWEAR
  
• Use a trackable method if your return is worth more than $100
• We are not liable for lost or stolen returns — keep your proof of shipment
